     The cantilever-type longitudinal beam CNC automatic welding machine adopts advanced PLC programmable control technology and microelectronics technology. The system is easy to operate. In case of equipment failure, operators can simply check the problem on the touch screen for quick maintenance. The machine features beautiful welding formation, reliable quality, high production efficiency, simple and convenient operation, and easy mastery of equipment characteristics. It not only improves efficiency but also ensures stable welding quality during mass production.       It adopts reliable and flexible automatic profiling technology. The control and driving of the welding torch are fully driven by servo motors, realizing automatic weld tracking. During high-speed welding, the torch can flexibly track the weld, making the welding process more stable and greatly improving work efficiency.

    To ensure equipment stability during welding, our company uses servo motors plus linear guide rails for the traveling rails and rack transmission for longitudinal transmission, thus guaranteeing the stability of the equipment during the welding process.
