Neutral column welding workstation is adopted to use MAG welding process. A robot that walks inverted is used to weld the three sides of the workpiece and to flip the position, in order to complete the welding of all the seams. In order to ensure the accuracy of the weld, a high-pressure contact sensor is used to correct the deviation of the blanking and assembly, so as to achieve high-quality welding and maintain the existing process fixtures and production processes unchanged.

Characteristics：

    1.By configuring two sets of gearboxes and two sets of fixtures, it is possible to achieve one set of automatic welding and one set of manual loading and unloading. This can ensure the utilization time of the robot and improve work efficiency.

    2.These two sets of tooling can be compatible with both 1600 type and 1400 type columns, so as to meet different working needs.
