Principle of measurement

Two  angular measured by encoders at the top and azimuth angular shafts and radical distance  can be  calculate a coordinate. Radical distance is measured through Interferometer  Fringe Measurement (Short of  IFM) and Absolute Distance Measurement (Short for ADM).
