Product details:
Toppled the manufacturing process of a traditional tank, the research, development and releasing of the forming machine for tank rolling is a breakthrough for tank manufacturing industry. The one-time forming of a tank after rolling guarantees the straightness of a work piece, with its working efficiency being 2 to 3 times of traditional manufacturing process. During a tank packing, the division plate and the barrel are jointed closely. During capped end abutment, there will be tight joint without misalignment. Easy and convenient operation has greatly reduced workers’ labor intensity. Welding in an open environment has greatly improved the operation environment.
This machine is suitable for both workpiece with uniform cross section and workpiece with variable cross section .its robot arm is a hydraulic arm with two joints. In addition ,it adopts the industrial automation technology ,forming the tank through one-time rolling
