The device for cylinder-shape flat butt welding and processing named Open-sided welding machine. Its automatic opening-closing mechanism is able to realize remote control. This machine is furnished with TIG welding process featuring quality welding joint, concentrated arc heat, big power density and small heat-affected zone; its single side welding and double sides forming has been tested by the authorities, with the pasting rate of welding joint NDT almost 100%.
