System Configuration
The workstation features a dual-robot parallel configuration, including one spot welding robot and one handling robot. Both robots are base-mounted on a traveling base, enabling linear movement, and synchronized with a positioner for collaborative operation. It is designed for automatic grabbing, positioning, and welding of ear seats, with material flow supported by front-rear conveyor rollers for incoming and outgoing workpieces.
Component Layout
Control Units & Welding Machines: Mounted on a ground support platform.
Wire Feeder & Wire Barrel: Integrated with the robots for synchronized movement.
Operation Process
Manual Loading: Operators place ear seats into positioning slots. The system supports 4 workpiece types (as per the buyer's drawing specifications) and 8 fixed ground-mounted material racks, each capable of storing materials for at least half a shift.
Intelligent Alarming: Voice alarm triggers when racks are empty.
Safety Interlock: Robots are restricted from moving within rack areas during manual loading.
Welding Capability: The welding robot supports all-position welding within the allowed cycle time.
